Property Claims Panel This panel tracks an insurance claim individuals file with their insurance carrier. They are typically auto insurance or homeowners related. It requires that the panelist fill out a questionnaire about the claim as well as allow us to observe (only) the digital experience of your claim. Retirement Plan Monitor This monitors the retirement savings (or distribution) of a workplace retirement plan (such as a 401(k), 403(b), or 457). $200 per quarter. Stock Plan Services This panel checks out the digital (mostly web) experience of a stock plan website. Stock plans are equity options that are awarded to some employees of a firm (public or private). These ‘shares’ can be exercised at certain times. We are interested in the lookfeel of the transaction as well as how the website and mobile device is designed. Life Insurance Monitor We also like to view the digital experience that life insurance carriers set up for their insureds. We are especially interested non-term policies. Up to $150 per quarter. Healthcare Insurance This panel tracks the web/mobile experience that healthcare insurance providers offer their members. This is group insurance that is offered to employees in the workplace. Higher Education Monitor specifically, we monitor how well (or not) collegesuniversities maintain relationships with their alumni. We are also interested in the various forms of collateral they use to interact with their alumni. High Net Worth Brokerage / Managed Account This panel focuses on the relationship major brokers (full service as well as discount) have with their clients.
